Terms & Conditions
1. Purpose & Acceptance
These General Terms & Conditions govern all commercial agreements, quotations, freight forwarding, sourcing, warehousing, and transportation operations performed by LIMINORSE SARL. By requesting a quote, booking a shipment, or using our digital services, the client acknowledges and accepts these terms without reservation.
2. Scope of Logistics & Trade Services
LIMINORSE provides: (a) Road freight distribution across all 12 regions of Morocco; (b) Ocean and Air freight forwarding connecting Morocco to global markets; (c) Strategic product sourcing and trade facilitation; (d) Customs brokerage and export support; (e) Warehousing and inventory logistics.
3. Quotations, Pricing & Invoicing
All price quotations are valid for 30 calendar days unless stated otherwise. Rates are established based on freight volume, weight, route, handling requirements, and prevailing fuel indices. Invoices are payable in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) or agreed currency according to agreed contractual credit terms.
4. Shipper Obligations & Cargo Declarations
The client is solely responsible for: accurate declarations of cargo nature, weight, and dimensions; adequate packaging and labeling suitable for freight transport; supplying all legal invoices, export certificates, and customs clearances; and compliance with hazardous materials regulations.
5. Carrier Liability & Cargo Insurance
Carrier liability for loss or damage is strictly governed by the Moroccan Commercial Code and international freight conventions (CMR / Hague-Visby). LIMINORSE strongly recommends clients subscribe to ad-valorem cargo insurance for full-value protection.
6. Force Majeure & Delivery Timelines
Delivery dates and transit times are provided as operational estimates in good faith. LIMINORSE is not liable for delays resulting from events of Force Majeure, severe weather, border closures, port congestion, or official customs inspections.
7. Intellectual Property
All logos, trademarks, text, graphics, and software code on this website remain the exclusive intellectual property of LIMINORSE SARL. Any unauthorized reproduction or commercial exploitation is prohibited.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms and all commercial agreements are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Moroccan Commercial Courts.
